HMG Simple Showings Program

As of August 2024, Realtors who are not representing the seller on a specific property must have an executed agreement signed BEFORE they can show a property to a buyer… 

But what if the home buyer isn’t quite ready to make a long-term commitment to a Realtor?

This is why HMG is offering short-term and flexible “touring” agreement terms for those people who would like to see a home or two before making a long-term commitment to a Realtor.  If we prove to be of value and you would like to continue having HMG represent you, then we can discuss additional representation terms at that time.
