Holli was one of the best realtors we've ever worked with, both as sellers and buyers. She did a lot of work behind the scenes to bring us quality contracts without a lot of unnecessary offers and counter offers. She was patient with us in our search for the next home and helped us see beyond cosmetic to the things that really mattered. When negotiating things like inspection repairs, she used a very common-sense approach. When we had to adjust closing dates, she was right there every step of the way to be sure everything was covered and taken care of. Again, one of the best!!
In the past forty years, I have purchased eight homes. The selling and buying experience has varied tremendously. The experience with the realtor at "Home Marketing Group, Kristi Robertson-James" was notable in that Kristi was the hardest working, most involved realtor I have had to date. She marketed my previous home and helped me find and purchase my current residence. We looked at endless homes, for over a period of four months, some which required Kristi to drive almost two hours. Kristi never complained and was always eager to make sure I found the right home. She worked on the weekends as well as throughout the week. I felt badly for her with the the seemingly endless messages and paperwork that she had to deal with. However, she remained an indefatigable worker with a bright and positive attitude. The home I fell in love with, and which was my first choice, did not work out. Am I disappointed, yes, but we were able to find another home in the vicinity which was acceptable.
